The Vancouver Games have turned a spotlight on the sport of curling. Dean Gemmell, the president of Plainfield Curling Club in South Plainfield, NJ, and Jeff Lesuk, President of the Ardsley Curling Club in Westchester County, talk about the local curling scene and what the Olympic buzz has brought to their clubs.

I did watch more of curling this time around.
What happens if "the sweepers" accidentally thouch the opponent's blocks with their "broom" or "feet"
sorry I'm so small minded but this should have gotten 5 minutes at the end of the show!
It just figures that it would be Scottish... there's a certain theme of stubborn futility (and perhaps too much Whiskey?) in there somewhere...

I really think that the Curling naysayers should try it before criticising!
One day we'll see counting raindrops become an Olympics competition. Doh, will I get sued for using the word Olympics without the IOC's permission?!
