Seems that the Administration is moving in the right direction. Mr. Chopra ducked your question about how they measure success because right now they're not measuring success or other outsomes only how many agencies are complying with the Directive. Next step is to measure citizen satisfaction as a success measure with the sites that they're putting up and the.

Nice first step. I would like to see the Administration go further by offering citizens the ability to rate the effectiveness and value of the Data.gov and USASpending.gov websites. That could provide a true measure of "success."

According to the page, this was an expense from 2005. It was the only finding. This seems hardly useful. I don't think I've gained anything from the release of this info. It feels like a gesture of transparency but not actual transparency.
