I live in Forest Hills. I would support you if you could figure out how to get the police to enforce the pooper-scooper law.
Compliance with this law gets lower each year. Many streets now resemble dog toilets - especially the streets surrounding kids playgrounds.

truly painful listening to this woman's speech...
Though my question is not specific to district 29, Ms. Koslowitz is my representative (Forest Hills) for the city at large and I would like to know where she stands on the Central Park Horse-Drawn Carriage industry issue and the proposal to substitute this inhumane practice with antique electric cars for tourists that desire to be driven around Central Park?Is she willing to join Councilman Tony Avella and others in banning the industry, following the lead of other cities such as London, Oxford, Paris, Toronto and Beijing?
