What is the root cause of each of the fatal accidents

I also suffered a bad neck injury on the ride, as did a friend of mine, all on the first dip of the ride. It should be investigated!
Gerry must find a lot of things that have fallen out of pockets and dropped from riders' hands.
Can you ask him what the most interesting thing he's ever found is?
