New Jersey has been added to Pew's list of states in fiscal peril. Barb Rosewicz, spokesperson for Pew Center on the States and managing editor of stateline.org, summarizes the report and investigates its implications for the tri-state area.

So on these recently built, empty McMansions that have replaced so many NJ farms and even neighborhoods, wholly approved by state and local planners, I strongly believe it would now be only fair for the state to now offer potential home buyers an $800,000 incentive rebate.
