Ethan Zuckerman, co-founder of Global Voices and research fellow at the Berkman Center, joins us weekly in November to talk about the global impact of social media.
This week's topic: Bridge-blogging.
For next week, check out Meedan.net, a website that uses machine-assisted translation technology to bring together English and Arabic speakers.

I am responsible for the marketing and sales of my Spanish School. I practically stopped using the phone because NOBODY picks up! Even tough I know the person in in his desk he stills wants to "talk" to me over the e-mail.
I basically had to change entirely my marketing approach to email.
Me encanta tu show!

I visit http://abduzeedo.com/ everday. It's a cool design blog, so it's visual.
The thing about social media sites that drives me crazy is that it has become another avenue for businesses to market crap to us. You can't look at a book review on Amazon and assume it is from a person that read the book. Most of the time it is a hired gun from a publicity firm posting as an average reader.
