Just imagine if President Bush had banned Enhanced Interrogation.
Exactly HOW could Jack have ever found Tony and (all but) destroyed the bioweapon?!!?!?

With all due respect, I do not agree that the President's first job is to keep us safe. Like he said, he took an oath to uphold the constitution. I am willing to live with feeling less safe in order to maintain the sanctity of the Constitution. And for me, the spirit of the Declaration of Independence.

If we attribute to the terrorists the superhuman abilities to break into SuperMax prisons to free their buddies, then why are out nuclear power plants and mr. Bush's new home in Texas safe?
