This week, to help the flow of information in and out of Iran, Google
rushed to add Persian (or Farsi) to the languages included in its new Google Translate service. Peter Norvig, Director of Research at Google, discusses the translation project.
"get" is always a really BIG problem in translation from English. Just think for a few minutes how we use it... for almost anything.

It must be noted that Google will surely NOT cave to any Iranian government demands, BUT Google has repeatedly caved to China's demands to limit democratic activities among the Chinese population.
This really should be raised with Mr. Norvig.
