This is Palin-league nonsense and corruption. How do we go about starting a Constitutional Convention?

The one thing that is still unclear to me is precisely what happened from a parliamentary perspective. Smith is (or was) claiming he had adjourned the session before any of the reorgnisations were brought to the floor. Do we have a step-by-step blow-by-blow? Have I missed something?
Thanks!

Someone should drop the neutron bomb on the Capitol. Good riddance to these bozos! The sheer incompetence of Paterson, Smith and the Democratic leadership only makes clear who our real governor is -- Sheldon Silver!

From the HuffintonPost, and Mayor Bloomberg's part in this Republican take over in the senate.
"Bloomberg and the Senate's Republican conference have been very close on policy and the billionaire mayor has funded many of their campaigns"
