There are significant advantages NYS offers minority-owned businesses.

Enrepreneurship is fine, but I hope any debt to gov policies is acknowledged.

I hope Ms. Villarosa isn't acting like the town-hall rioters who shout, "Get the Government out of my Medicare!"
