One thing a lot of people do to help stay on top of their email is use a separate address for shopping.

My company just launched a free web application to help keep clutter and spam associated with merchant messages out of your regular e-mail inbox.

I am really interested in gathering feedback from Brian Lehrer show listeners. Is anyone else using a separate e-mail address for shopping? If so, what email service are you using?

For those who are interested, you can learn more about our application and sign-up by following the link below.

Apologies for the shameless plug - hope this is on topic and relevant - I hate to see spam in comments boards too....

The truth is we're all tired of hearing the news...another day, another bomb by one Muslim group in Iraq or somewhere else.... we also need to know how to do things like organize email --- buy the NY Post if you want the news

Outlook 2007 still has the same, very clumsy, Rules Wizard as previous versions of the program. Rules can't be sorted and edited, like, for example, Favorites can.

Is there any software that you can add on to Outlook to allow robust rule creation and editing?

Thanks.
