I doubt that the US will get much more support from its allies in the war on terror, not because they don't want to eliminate terrorism (who doesn't?), but because they have other priorities and are not so new to this. What I mean is that 9/11 was the first ever attack on American soil, whereas most other countries have lived with some sort of terrorism on ther own soil for decades. And some of these countries have other priorities: education, healthcare, poverty alleviation, etc. etc.
