haha, you know people don't want to "collect food stamps and welfare?"
In Bangladesh, I thought the loans were for those in extreme poverty. Does Bangladesh have entitlement programs. In America the poorest of the poor are on welfare and food stamps. Why would someone open a business when they can collect food stamps and welfare?
