Let’s make guns illegal. And just like the war on drugs for that last 40 years has done nothing to help any problems, we can add one more product only available on the black market where it’s unregulated and untaxed. Plus we can line the criminal underworld with more tax free money. And since guns are made legally all over the world, we can throw billions and billions of dollars at trying to keep guns from being illegally imported into the US. What a good idea….

Since the gun was the biggest baddest killing technology at the time, meant to protect citizens from an oppressive government, I think citizens should have the right to nuclear weapons, chemical and biological, too.

Ok so we have the right to have a gun but there is no specific right to possess ammunition. Quietly the government should strictly regulate ammo as well as create traceable bar codes on all bullets.

And now the oxymoron segment: Instant Analysis.

Why must this be done immediately?! There is 157 pages of opinions and dissent. Let the Cable News people and bloggers throw out idle comments, NYC should be patient.
