Daniel Gross, columnist for Newsweek and the author of Pop!: Why Bubbles Are Great For The Economy (Collins, 2007), clears up the question of how the presidential candidates from the Senate voted on the 2005 bankruptcy bill.

I couldn't listen to the whole segment (had to go to work) but didn't hear that Clinton's vote on this bill mentioned. A look at the Senate roll call link indicates that she was the ONLY Senator who did not vote on the bill. More strategic fence-sitting? All of the other Senators from NY, NJ and CT (even Lieberman) voted Nay.
