John and Cindy McCain were in New Jersey yesterday, visiting a diner and holding a closed-door fundraiser; WNYC Senior Reporter Bob Hennelly talks about the visit.
The bottom line about John McCain is that he's a mentally unstable, war-mongering neanderthal. The media is pulling out all the stops to cover up and airbrush McCain's breathtaking incompetence. It's in the media's financial interest to have a nailbiter of a contest right down to election day. The media is buying into every idiotic talking point about Obama. Obama is no more arrogant or elitist than McCain or George W. Bush. If the media were doing its job, this issue would have zero traction.

I should mention that Brian is one of my favorite hosts on radio. Regardless of topic, or political leanings of his guests, he always takes the high road. He keeps discussions intellectual and logical. A truly rare thing these days.

Brian would never allow such a childishly one-sided analysis (bashing). This is disgusting. When you do this, the only difference between conservative talk radio and the present dialog is that "the AM screamers" are at least forthright about thier leanings. We need Brian back so at lest somebody plays the devils advocate!
