Who controls the test and the answers to the test. Could it be that the answers are passed on to family and friends. The differences in educational level does not add up. why are these differences not so substantial in other agencies or are there?
This is ridiculous. Of course any applicant to a fire department should be able to read and comprehend rules, procedures and regulations.
