I quit smoking 10 years ago. It was very easy for me. I met a woman who is a very powerful spiritual teacher. I just gave her my cigaretes and stopped smoking. It was a little uncomfortable but maybe only 10% of what it should of been. Her name is Amma and she'll be visiting NYC in July. All info at www.ammany.org.
