Present and past members of the administation have invoked executive privelege. Are there any written documents stating the person and extent of the privelege? When Sarah Taylor testified, she invoked executive privelege on a selective basis. Was she working from some executive document or just making it up as she testified? Has anyone seen these invocations of executive privelege?
