Wow this is good to hear, search for the requirements of who is eligible for this dream act. The people who surpassed the age limit, was apart of immigration reform. The bill that was suppose to happen. I think set aside of the dream act children in that reform bill was included. Also one of the requirements is a high school degree or college degree were eligible for this dream act.
As far as people who meet the requirements of the Dream Act, but have already surpassed the age limit, what can be done in their case? I have a friend who has been in the US for about 14 years already, is not a resident or a citizen, yet he has completed up to and including 2 years of community college. Is there anythign that can be done for hima s far as gaining citizenship??
