Michael Bloomberg has made education the central issue of his term as mayor of New York City. Gifford Miller, the speaker of the City Council is putting education at the center of his campaign to defeat Bloomberg in this November’s elections. Monday on the Brian Lehrer Show Miller discusses his plan for a ballot initiative to reduce class sizes across the board.
