Retired General Anthony Zinni has over forty years of military experience, from the war in Vietnam, to operations in Somalia to targeted strikes against Al Qaeda and Iraq. But his career came to an end dramatically over his disagreement with President Bush’s plans to go to war with Iraq in 2003.
