Last week the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation revealed it had chosen the darkhorse entrant Reflecting Absence for a memorial to the victims of the World Trade Center disaster. Today details of Michael Arad’s design will be made public and we bring you live coverage starting at aroun 10:30.
