« previous episode | next episode »

Tuesday, October 07, 2003

Finally, the Brian Lehrer Show will, once and for all, settle the burning question in the minds of New Yorkers: which borough is the best? We’ll have a preview of Tuesday’s debate between Brooklyn and Manhattan, set in the neutral zone of East River, to benefit the Municipal Arts Society. Andy Borowitz joins Brian for some pre-game postulation. And former Sudanese Slave, Francis Bok, joins Brian to talk about his new book Escape From Slavery and his work at the Boston-based American Anti-Slavery Group. Also, Washington Post reporter Dan Balz will join Brian to look at the national fallout of California’s recall election.

As Goes California...?
