Bush administration Officials are pushing to have the draft complete within the next year, but as the constitution in Afghanistan reaches fruition two years after the war there, many uncertainties lie in store. Constitutional expert Noah Feldman examines this issues of nation-building. Also, months have passed since a columnist uncovered Valerie Plame as a CIA agent based on a "leak" from the White House.
