Today on the Brian Lehrer Show, live coverage of chief UN weapons inspector Hans Blix's report to the Security Council on Iraq's compliance with Resolution 1441. Permanent member France and Council chair Germany are skeptical that all peaceful means of disarming Iraq have been exhausted, but the United States is pushing for a second resolution to swiftly conclude the process so that a war, if it's deemed necessary, can begin.
