Robert C. Weinberg, WNYC's critic-at-large in architecture and planning commenting on the future of the Brooklyn Navy Yard. What will become of the government's property? At least half the area will be retained by the Navy.
Weinberg describes the facilities at the Navy Yard and suggests uses of the land for private and industrial purposes.
