Hi, my name is Pun. I'm 13 years old. I go to PS/MS 75. I'm in the 8th grade. My favorite hobby is basketball and I also like to play football. I like a lot of music and I love to rap. I enjoy playing on my computer and on my PlayStation. When I first joined Radio Rookies, I was thinking about doing a story on El Salvador because I felt sad about the people dying.

Story Description: Most people in Jiovan's neighborhood say they don't like President George W. Bush. His friends compare him to Chuckie, the killer-doll of horror-movie fame. But can they back up their dislike with facts about the president's policies? Jiovan goes on a quest to better understand what kind of impact the Bush administration will have on his friends and family.

Mentor: Pun's mentor is Rayner Ramirez. Rayner is an Associate Producer at Dateline NBC. He has worked as an independent documentary filmmaker, photographer, human rights observer and carpenter before working in TV. He received an Emmy for a Dateline piece on migrant children in the United States.
