When you listen to an episode or segment on one of our sites, you will notice an "embed" link next to the audio player which allows you to embed single audio files inside your blog, website, article, etc.
Here are a few tips that allow you to customize those players to your taste:
- Adjust the width of any player by editing the width tag in the embed code.
- Add variables inside of embed code to customize the colors:
- backgroundColor=%23222222 changes the background color to the color #222222
- downloadedColor=%23adadad changes the buffer/downloaded colors to the color #adadad
- progressBorderColor=%23adadad changes the border of the time bar to the color #adadad
- progressColor=%23ffffff changes the color of the progress bar to the color #ffffff
So for instance, the original embed code might have looked like this when you grabbed it:
Now the code could look like this with those new variables:
