Peter Klein, acting director and associate professor at the Graduate School of Journalism at the University of British Columbia, who also runs the International Reporting Program, discusses the lack of access to medical morphine in over half the countries in the world with his former student, Niamh Scallan, who reported from Ukraine on the lack of morphine for patients in developing countries.
