Josh Gad, who stars as Elder Cunningham, and Andrew Rannells, who stars as Elder Price, talk about “The Book of Mormon.” Written by Trey Parker and Matt Stone (the creators of “South Park”) and Robert Lopez (the composer and co-creator of “Avenue Q”), the play follows a pair of mismatched Mormon boys sent on a mission to a place that’s about as far from Salt Lake City as you can get. “The Book of Mormon” is playing at the Eugene O’Neill Theatre.
