Dina Vaz

Director of Legacy Giving, New York Public Radio

Dina Vaz is Director of Legacy Giving at New York Public Radio.  She leads New York Public Radio’s efforts in assisting supporters who are interested in creating a legacy for the stations through gift arrangements such as bequests, charitable gift annuities, retirement plan assets, life insurance and charitable trusts.  She has the privilege of welcoming those members and listeners who have informed New York Public Radio of such intentions into the Listeners Legacy Circle, which was established by New York Public Radio’s Board of Trustees as a means of providing recognition and stewardship for those ardent supporters who are committed to ensuring the future of New York Public Radio programming.

Dina has more than twenty years of fundraising experience, having worked at organizations such as Amnesty International USA, the ACLU Foundation, U.S. Fund for UNICEF and Feeding America.  She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Seton Hall University.
