NEW YORK, NY April 21, 2008 —In the six weeks the Democratic candidates have spent campaigning in Pennsylvania, there’s been a lot of talk about trade deals, and penalizing companies that export jobs. There hasn’t been much talk about urban regions, where most Pennsylvanians live and work. WNYC’s Andrea Bernstein reports.
