Niblack Named Council Finance Director

NEW YORK, NY April 18, 2008 —City Council Speaker Christine Quinn has appointed Preston Niblack as finance director for the New York City Council, effective May 5. He comes to the Council from the city's Independent Budget Office, where he has served as Deputy Director for the past eight years. He's also worked at the Washington D.C. Office of Tax and Revenue and the Congressional Budget Office.
