Congestion Pricing Dies in the Assembly

NEW YORK, NY April 07, 2008 —In a closed-door meeting of his Democratic members, Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver says a majority would not support congestion pricing, and he would not bring it to the floor for a vote.
