Harlem Debates 125th Street Rezoning Plan
by Brian Zumhagen
NEW YORK, NY April 05, 2008 —Supporters and opponents of a rezoning plan for 125th Street faced off at a city planning commission meeting this week. Critics say it short-changes affordable housing and would accelerate gentrification uptown. WNYC's Brian Zumhagen talks about the plan with Brad Lander, director of the Pratt Center for Community Development.
