by Cindy Rodriguez
NEW YORK, NY March 18, 2008 —More than two years after the brutal death of 7-year-old Nixzmary Brown, a jury in Brooklyn found her stepfather, Cesar Rodriguez, guilty of manslaughter in the first degree.
