At The Polls...
by Kathleen Horan
NEW YORK, NY February 06, 2008 —REPORTER: Brooklyn voter Glen Hinton says he liked both of the Democratic presidential candidates, but voted for Hillary Clinton because he believes she's the stronger choice.
HINTON: I feel comfortable with her being in that arena for so long. I think she could cope in a debate with whoever she's opposed against.
REPORTER: But his 12-year-old son Ethan was disappointed as his dad left the polling station last night. He says he spent last week trying to convince his dad to vote for Barack Obama.
ETHAN: He's black and we never had a black president. Plus, he also wants to stop the war - I feel more stronger that he would win the White House.
REPORTER: Hillary Clinton captured 57% of the votes in New York, compared to Obama's 40% with 99% of the precincts reporting.
