Some Talk Shows Return Tonight
David Letterman fans will be lining up this morning for tickets to his first new show since writers went on strike back in November.

NEW YORK, NY January 02, 2008 —Letterman's production company reached a deal last week with striking writers that the Writers' Guild says compensates writers when their work is distributed online.
Letterman's deal includes "The Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson," which his company produces as well.
Jay Leno and Conan O'Brien will also be on with new shows tonight, but without their staff writers.
David Letterman will be back on the air tonight with a new show.
Fans of Conan O'Brien can get stand-by tickets for this afternoon's taping at Rockefeller Center.
