NEW YORK, NY December 18, 2007 —We're now less than 2 months from Super Tuesday, when we may know the nominees for the presidency from each party. The candidates are raising and spending record sums, but the nation hasn't spent much on its election infrastructure.
When all the votes are cast next November, there may be big doubts in states where victory is based on a tight margin.
