REPORTER: At a fundraising luncheon for women candidates in New York City today, Clinton accused the president of financial recklessness.
CLINTON: Never paying for the Iraq war, never paying for the tax cuts for the wealthiest of Americans, Why he would decide to veto bi-partisan paid for health care for children. There could not be a starker example of the bankruptcy of this administration.”
