Albany D.A.: No Crime in Spitzer Troopergate Scandal

NEW YORK, NY September 20, 2007 —The Albany County district attorney says two aides to Governor Spitzer didn't commit any crime in compiling state police travel data about Republican Senate leader Joseph Bruno. WNYC’s All Things Considered host Amy Eddings talks with the Daily News’ Liz Benjamin about David Soares’ findings in the Spitzer “troopergate” scandal, and how it contrasts with State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo’s report last July.
