Congestion Pricing Sputters in Albany

NEW YORK, NY July 16, 2007 —Mayor Bloomberg was up in Albany today, putting pressure on the governor, Senate Leader Joe Bruno, to pass his congestion pricing plan. But the Assembly never returned for a special session...and today's deadline for federal grant money will come and go without any legislation from state lawmakers. So is congestion pricing broken down in political traffic? WNYC’s Beth Fertig talks with local All Things Considered host Amy Eddings.
