by Amy Eddings
NEW YORK, NY April 19, 2007 —Hip-hop, breakdance, breaking, urban theatre. Those are some of the ways to describe a series of performances taking place through this weekend at PS 122. "Hip-hop to da Head” is a multimedia production that combines music, dance, spoken word and film to get at the roots and the future of hip-hop. The dance critic Claudia LaRocco joined Amy Eddings with a preview of the event.
