Should NYC’s At Risk Men Get Circumcised?

NEW YORK, NY April 06, 2007 —The city Health Department is considering recommending that certain men get circumcised in order to slow the spread of HIV-AIDS. The move comes after research in Africa showed circumcised men had a 60% lower chance of becoming infected. WNYC's Fred Mogul joins us now.
