by Amy Eddings
NEW YORK, NY February 22, 2007 —A casino in the Catskills. It's an idea that has been batted about for decades but it took a big step forward this week when Governor Spitzer announced a deal with the St. Regis Mohawks to let the tribe build and run a casino near the Monticello Raceway.
