NEW YORK, NY February 16, 2007 —Murky tax dealings and jaw-dropping salaries made big news in the arts world today. The New York Times reported today that Glen Lowry, the director of the Museum of Modern Art, has received millions of dollars through tax-exempt trust set up by museum's benefactors. That was on top of his $1.28 million salary.
