Bloomberg Proposes Education Initiatives and More in State of City

NEW YORK, NY

—Mayor Bloomberg came to Brooklyn's New York City College of Technology campus to give his sixth State of the City address Wednesday. Bloomberg proposed one billion dollars' worth of tax cuts... and several initiatives to increase accountability in public education, the mayor's signature issue. But that wasn’t all. WNYC's Bob Hennelly talks with local All Things Considered host Amy Eddings to outline some of the other initiatives on the mayor's plate.
