Reform Needed for Juvenile Detention System in NY

NEW YORK, NY January 05, 2007 —Last fall, a Bronx teen died while in custody at an upstate juvenile prison run by New York's Office of Children and Family Services. His death strengthened the argument of critics who say the state’s juvenile detention system is in dire need of reform. WNYC’s Bob Hennelly has this report.
