NEW YORK, NY December 29, 2006 —Three-term New York governor George Pataki will be stepping out of the Empire State arena on Monday, after 12 years in Albany. As we take a look at the New York State Pataki leaves behind, here’s a quick review of some of the highlights of his tenure. Morning Edition host Soterios Johnson interviews Albany reporters Fred Dicker of the New York Post and Michael Cooper of the New York Times.
